A BPP Webinar
Knowing our Reach, Understanding our Impact and Planning for Growth:
A discussion on BPP’s 2010 Tax Survey Results
For the past seven years, the BPP and its members and partners across the border region have been committed to collecting data about the financial behaviors of clients in the border region. This data helps border serving organizations better understand their reach and impact by presenting data comparisons across the region and against national statistics. The data also helps BPP and its members more effectively advocate for the region’s needs.
Join us for a webinar to present and discuss the survey results from the 2010 tax season. Karen Arista, United Way of Southern Cameron County will lead us through a review of summary reports containing the results from Volunteer Income Tax Assistance sites (VITA) across the US-Mexico border region.
Participants will:
- Enhance their understanding of current border trends in the financial behavior of families and residents
- Learn how and where to access data to support their current and future programming
- Understand the benefits of adopting BPP’s 2011 Tax Survey in their data collection efforts
